oto maker is a browser-based sound effects studio for games.

Start with a sound effect preset, or explore FM, noise, physical-modeling, and granular synthesis. Layer effects, shape their timing and envelopes, trim and normalize your audio, then arrange sounds on multiple tracks with volume and pan controls.

Export individual sounds or your arrangement as WAV files. Save arrangements with their audio as project files to continue editing later.

English and Japanese are available from the language menu. Designed for desktop browsers; use fullscreen for more space.

Audio is processed in your browser. Browser saves stay on this device and are not synced to an account, so download project files to keep a backup. Recording requires browser and microphone permission; audio-file import is also available.
